Stigma, Shame, Discrimination, Denial, Inaction and Misaction (SSDDIM) are the greatest obstacles to the fight against HIV and AIDS in a country like Nigeria that is highly religious. SSDDIM had in many ways finds its roots in most of our faith congregations. It is therefore of no wonder to hear from the Pulpit that "We do not have people of the same sex in our faith congregations having sexual relationships".
